went to johor with my mum and bro last sat. haha first time venturing into JB by taking public transport. we took the singapore-johor express bus from Queen's street. surprised tt the travelling time was so short!
anw, we went for some shopping at city square plaza at JB. some of the things there are really cheap! haha i replenished my stock of contact lenses there. bought my Acuvue Clear monthly lenses at a huge bargain. heh~ my brother went on a major shopping spree and bought shirts, a sweater and skater shoes. they got super nice skater shoes there at only RM 49! haha i would have bought a pair too if not for the fact that i hardly have the chance to wear shoes these days.
we were too lazy to venture out to the Taman Food centre tt yy recommended me to. so we stayed in the mall and had lunch at this stone grill restaurant serving real nice food at cheap prices! haha i had an enormous portion of salmon! haha.
there is also a secret recipe shop there so i bought blueberry cheese cake and my fav chocolate banana cakes to bring back to singapore. haha the prices of the cakes there are almost half tt of singapore's. happy happy. =))
just finished the 3-day PDCP course today. haa though i only went for 2 days. din really mind the course la, thought the self assessment tests were pretty fun and my group also had some lively discussions abt cross gender interaction. hahaa=)) though i doubt the things they covered during this course is going to help at all in our future practice as doctors. heh
