ah i love holiday life! the feeling of being able to sleep till late morning, without having to wake up to the irritating noise of the alarm clock totally rawks! haha~~ found a nice website to watch anime and drama~ love the website! its at www.crunchyroll.com .just finished watching the whole series of "it started with a kiss". yayz~~and my room's makeover is almost complete! its now totally super duper condusive for mugging. haha~ i got a new big study table with shelves so that i can display all my medical books out. muahaha. hope i actually get down to reading them though. =))

anyway, today went down to assisi home and hospice, this home for cancer patients just next to Mount Alvernia Hospital. it is an activity organised by the voluntary corps of Sheares Hall. decided to be adventurous and find my way there myself, after consulting streetdirectory.com. haha got lost for awhile near Braddell mrt station trying to find the bus stop to take the bus down to Mount Alvernia.
got to talk to some of the elderly patients dere and also play with the little kids.the patients dere are very different from wat i expected them to be. before i went to the home, i imagined the patients dere to be very sickly and confined to their beds. but to my surprise, many of them look rather well, esp the kids, who are as friendly and rowdy as normal healthy kids. choi mei and i talked to these 3 girls who kept on pestering us to tell them ghost stories. haha~~ tried my best to cook up watever i can still recall from camps and chalets.
