went to cuixi's house for a post-xmas lunch. haha cuixi kept telling me tt she is a v good cook, and invited me, tammy and ian tatt over to her place to sample her specially cooked lunch. while waiting for ian tatt, tammy and i looked through cuixi's collection of food recipes. she has so many of them!! haha we learnt tt the scgs girls had to collect their own recipes and submit them as homework for home economics. haha~ so cool. i bet all scgs girls must be damn good cooks. the only time i ever tried studying a recipe was for my home economics final exam practical in sec 2. haha i rem i cooked mee siam. the teacher din seem to be v impressed den though.
i was not disappointed at all at the standard of the food. there were quite alot of dishes, such as ham and egg, tomatoes with rosemary, fish with milk and kiwi, and potatoes and carrots with some herb(forgot the name). den we had strawberry yoghurt cheesecake for desserts. yummies!! =))

after lunch we watched "the holiday".. hehe~
i m rather determined to learn abit of cooking skills myself.. haha. seems to be quite fun. i shall use the last week of this hols to experiment abit with my mama's new convection oven. its pretty cool, can bake, steam, grill lotsa stuff. haha~ yay i m quite excited. going to search for some recipes later. hehe
