didnt go for rag practice cos i had to bring grandma to SGH for her medical appointment. her medical appointment was in the morning and my mum was unable to take leave. so i decided to volunteer my services. haha my blur popo brought along the wrong appointment card. brought the CGH one instead of the SGH one. the receptionist looked totally confused when i handed her the card. haha~
grandma's usual doctor had an emergency surgery that morning, so she had to see a medical officer instead. we waited for a good 2 hrs in total--only for a 5 min consultation. not to mention the stupid MO cant understand a word of mandarin or hokkien. thank goodness i was there to help translate. the most annoying thing is that he did nt seem remotely interested in wat my grandma had to say at all.. was just in a hurry to get it over and done with. i was really pissed.
after tt went to meet suan and ger at orchard to shop.

haha` we had a lot of time to kill as we were supposed to meet up with some others from the class only at 10thirty to catch the 3 am france vs portugal match. we killed time by shopping ard and sitting at cafes etc.den we went to the MINDS cafe, which is actualy a board games cafe. played brainless games cos none of us were in the mood to think. haha~ khengwee came to join us.
den we went to plaza sing to meet hanjie. went to istana park to play cards. we had to stop our card game midway cos we tot the security guard was going to come and arrest us or sth. haha~ quite unglam la we were sitting in the dark, in the middle of the pavement in istana park. haha~
we killed some more time at macs while waiting for our movie at 12.30 am. GV was havign this promotion thing for world cup. so we get to watch the movie 'zoolander' for only 2 bucks. haha the movie is one of the lamest i ever watched. its a movie abt male models and the characters in it are all 'himbos'. but some parts were quite hilarious.
walked to chijmes to catch the match. it was like a mini france national day dere. the french pple were all singing loudly in anticipation of the match. haha~ we couldnt get seats outside so went into the pub instead for the match. the match was quite exciting. tink its pretty shiok watching in a pub. got more qi fen. france won as expected... hai too bad i couldnt find any singapore pools outlet at orchard road. would have won some money =((
went to macs for breakfast before heading home. it was already 8 am by the time i hit the sack. fun fun day!
